They’re all things you’ll actually want to eat. You won’t even have to throw your money away on expensive creams anymore, as these foods do everything from fighting wrinkles to getting rid of acne. Almonds: The vitamin E in almonds will help nourish your skin and protect it from the sun's damaging UV rays. But be sure to eat them in moderation, as their calorie count is rather high.
